Return & Refund Policy

At Spectra Lights, we aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience

Eligibility for Return

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date you receive the parcel
  • After 7 days, no return or refund request can be processed
  • The product must be returned in its original condition, with all accessories, packaging, and manuals

Return Conditions

  • The customer is responsible for ensuring the product is securely packed for return
  • Shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount
Refund will be reduced if the returned product is:
  • Damaged
  • Scratched
  • Missing accessories
  • Used beyond normal testing

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for returns.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are initiated within 48 hours after we receive and inspect the returned product
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method (UPI/Bank transfer/COD refund process)

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for defective or wrong items received
  • In such cases, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may request a return as per our return conditions
